The San Marzano is a traditional Italian “paste tomato “ variety, treasured for its flavor and dense texture which cooks down to create thick, velvety tomato sauces very quickly. The San Marzano is a long, slender, and almost seedless tomato. It holds very well after harvest for a long time without spoiling and can be happily employed in fresh salads, too.  Our San Marzano tomatoes are dry-farmed for extra flavor.
