A collection of farm treats from Mariquita Farm and our neighbors at Belle Farms! We have created a gift bag which includes a 375 mL bottle of Belle Farms Olio Nuovo extra virgin olive oil, dried Persimmons and three culinary herbs: Marjoram, Thyme and Rosemary (12g packets of each).

Three bunches of approximately 60 dried lavender stems per bundle, totaling 180 stems per package. These lavender wands are 10 to 12 inches long. This Special includes English, French and Spanish Lavender.  At Mariquita Farm we do not use fungicides, pesticides or insecticides on our herbal, floral or vegetable crops.

Lemongrass is a culinary herb, often used in Thai food and hot teas. It is used both fresh and dried, and imparts a lemony flavor to dishes. Some studies have shown that Lemongrass tea seems to provide antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and infection-preventing benefits.

Mariquita Farm “Culinary Herb Collection” — this collection includes Greek Laurel (10 leaves), Rosemary (8g) and Marjoram (10g). The herbal oils in our herbs are preserved longer by not crushing the herbs prior to package. Crushing or bruising the herbs releases the flavor and aroma in the plant oil and should be done right before use.
