Red Norland Potatoes (5 lb bag)

A great all-purpose potato with rosy skin and white creamy flesh that holds together well when cooked. Excellent boiled and used in potato salad. Also delicious roasted or pan fried with butter and herbs, sliced for gratins or diced into soups.
