French Fingerling Potatoes (5 pound bag) Santa Cruz/Los Gatos

These potatoes have a rosy-pink skin and creamy yellow flesh which is  splashed with pink color. They are beautiful and delicious! Tending to be a bit larger and thicker than other fingerlings, they can still be used in all of your favorite recipes! Because of their nutty flavor and rosy color they stand out amongst other fingerlings.
